Garage

updated October 2018
The garage was rewired in 2018.
The power distibution panel is on the outside wall, west side. It gets power from the power pole and transformer next to the garage. The panel is locked to prevent access with the key hanging inside the garage, near the first outlet on the right side. A duplicate key is hanging with all the other house keys inside the master bedroom closet.
There are five breakers inside the panel:
- There is a 200 amp breaker that turns off all electricity, everywhere. When on it feeds through to the 200 amp panel inside the house.
 - A breaker supplies a ground fault interrupter (GFI) protected outlet at the base of the panel.
 - A breaker supplies and additional GFI protected outlet at the base of the panel
 - The septic pump is protected by a 240 v breaker. (See Note below.)
 - The garage power is contolled by a 20 amp breaker which supplies the east side of the garage. The single outlet is not protected by a GFI circuit.
 - A 20 amp breaker protects all the outlets and lights on the right side of the garage, west side. A GFI outlet protects all the outlet, including those on the work bench.

Note: The septic contol panel is outside the garage, on the south wall. The panell requires 110v and contols the septic pump which requires 220v. Currently the 110v is supplied by one leg of the 220v and the neutral is incorrectly wired and is using a ground wire. I will bring in a correct 110v supply by continuing the west side supply.
